Code of Conduct
nox Germany GmbH has implemented a Code of Conduct that defines legally compliant behavior, the protection of human rights, and social and environmental responsibility. All employees, drivers, and business partners are obliged to adhere to this code. Violations will be penalized. The Code of Conduct is available in various languages on our website.
Whistleblower
But what happens if a manager, employee, or business partner violates laws, regulations, or the Code of Conduct? In such cases, we need your help – whether the violation is against you personally, a colleague, or a business partner. We can only take action if we have the relevant information. Every report is treated with absolute confidentiality. This also means that no matter what incident you report or who is involved, you do not have to worry about facing any negative consequences for yourself or your job. To assist you with your report, we have set up a whistleblower portal for anonymous or confidential reporting. There, you can report the incident in your own language – confidentially or anonymously if you wish. For those who prefer speaking over writing, there is an option to leave a voice message.
