"With this special service, customers receive an offer, including availability and price information, within 15 minutes. The service distinguishes between 'Critical' – these shipments are immediately picked up and directly delivered – and 'Tempo.' For Tempo shipments, pickup and delivery occur at a fixed time. Additionally, customers receive five online status updates per transport, as well as parallel updates via email.

The service is designed for just-in-time assembly industries such as the automotive, agricultural machinery, aerospace industries, which need to ensure their supply and production continuity. It also meets the requirements of the spare parts market and healthcare sector, particularly by reducing repair times and costs associated with machine or equipment downtime during a breakdown.

Shipments are primarily transported by road – depending on size, weight, and requirements, using cars or other vehicles up to trucks, with or without lift platforms, as hazardous goods, or temperature-controlled. Approximately 6,000 vehicles are available throughout Europe and can be activated at short notice. Airfreight transport is also offered.
