That's why the company offers a special service: urgently needed spare parts for repairs are available the next business day before work begins.
This service is made possible through collaboration with nox – and has been for 15 years. Our drivers deliver critical spare parts to technicians nationally before 7 a.m., and in Belgium and the Netherlands before 8 a.m. These parts are available before the start of work at one of the 80 service stations nationwide, one of the 40 service stations in Belgium and the Netherlands, or at the technician's home address.
With this special service, technicians can start their day without waiting and repair wind turbines faster. This outstanding after-sales service helps avoid contractual penalties and ensures a reliable energy supply.
