With the new “nox STERNE Time Critical” service, nox is expanding its range of services to provide a solution for particularly urgent shipments. This customized high-end transport solution has previously been offered through the Groupe STERNE in France and 180 other countries and can now be booked directly through nox.

Customers using this service for particularly time-critical shipments will receive a quote including information on availability and price within 15 minutes. a distinction is made between Critical shipments, which are picked up immediately and delivered directly, and Tempo shipments, which are picked up and delivered at a fixed time. Additionally, customers receive five online status updates per transport, as well as parallel updates via email.

The service is aimed at just-in-time assembly industries such as automotive, agricultural machinery, aerospace, and healthcare, which need to ensure their supply and the continuity of their production. It also meets the requirements of the spare parts market and healthcare, particularly by reducing repair times and costs for machine or equipment downtime during a breakdown.

Shipments are primarily transported by road, depending on size, weight, and requirements, either in cars or other vehicles up to trucks, with or without a lift, as dangerous goods or temperature-controlled. Approximately 6,000 vehicles are available throughout Europe, which can be activated at short notice. Air freight transport is also offered.
