Change in nox´s top position: Alexander Kohnen is the new CEO

Alexander Kohnen is the new CEO of nox NachtExpress. At age 46, he was CEO of time:matters, a subsidiary of Lufthansa Cargo, since 2017. Before that he spent 17 years in various positions of responsibility at Lufthansa Cargo, last as Senior Director of Industry Development & Product Management.
“I am happy to hand over the company to Alexander in this crucial phase. With his experience with the TimeCritical Network and its own cross-border in-night network, he will be a valuable asset for the company and will ensure that we can go on providing our customers with the best possible quality as a premium service provider,” his predecessor Donald Pilz stated. During the past years, Pilz prepared the company to be handed over to his successor. With over 30 years of work in logistics, the 59-year-old is planning to focus on his private life in the future and take on so-called non-executive roles, as needed.
“I would like to thank Donald Pilz sincerely for his successful work at nox. He is leaving a well-positioned company behind. I will carry on with the further development of our unique network with the nox team and our colleagues at Groupe Sterne and concentrate on top quality and efficiency. My work will focus on our customers’ interests and needs,” Alexander Kohnen said.
