Workshops Against Discrimination and Harassment
At nox, we place great importance on a work environment characterized by respect and diversity, where all employees feel equally valued.
To raise awareness among our employees, we offer voluntary workshops on the topics of discrimination and harassment. In small groups, participants work together to explore questions related to discrimination, dimensions of diversity, harassment, and preventive measures.
The success of these workshops relies on the engagement and participation of the employees. Through these sessions, we as an employer also receive valuable suggestions on how to create an even more appreciative work environment and prevent misconduct.
The feedback has been consistently positive, encouraging us to conduct more workshops in the future.
